Return a Starter Kit

ORDER CANCELLATION

If we haven't shipped it out yet, we’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.). Just drop us an email at get@argentwork.com and we’ll handle it.

THE ELECTION COLLECTION

The Supermajority Blazer and Supermajority Trouser are eligible for exchange only. The Supermajority Pin Pack is not exchange or return eligible.

OTHER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept compliments, love letters, and unworn returns within 30 days of
your order date.

GUIDELINES

  • The product must be new, unused, and unwashed — Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
  • All Argent hangtags must still be attached.

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Book a styling session or email get@argentwork.com and we will help you find something.

    TIPS TO STREAMLINE THE PROCESS

    • If you want to exchange your item for an alternate item, we suggest returning it and purchasing the new item separately.
    • Please don’t combine returns from multiple orders in one package, otherwise your refund may be delayed.
    • To avoid size and fit issues on future orders, refer to our size charts on each product page. We are against vanity sizing, and our garments run smaller than other brands you may be used to wearing.
    Note: Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your credit card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

    STARTER KIT RETURNS

    Love everything? Want to send a few pieces back? Nothing worked? Whatever the outcome, please follow the link above within 5 days of your starter kit delivery to let us know.

      FINAL PAYMENT

      When you ordered your Starter Kit, we securely authorized your credit card via a $100 hold. Upon completion of the steps above, that $100 hold will be lifted and we will charge that same card the total dollar amount of the items kept plus applicable tax. if you did not keep any items, no charge will be made.
