What's your return policy?
For standard orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We charge a $10 fee for return shipping if you request a label from us. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring into one of our stores for no additional fee. Product(s) must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our returns page to start the process.
What does ‘Final Sale’ mean?
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. For questions, please contact us.
How do I exchange a gift?
Two options: 1) we can send you an exchange item; or 2) we can provide a gift card for the original amount paid. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the original item arrives to us. Head over to our returns page to get started.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. You’ll receive an email when we've received the item(s) and processed the refund.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with details and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Can I return online orders in store?

Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
