Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policies

Returns and exchanges are easy. Simply email us at support@argentwork.com and we will get you what you need. Please note: once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it.

 

You have 30 days to return or exchange your Argent item(s) from the date you receive them. Your refund includes the amount for the entire order, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for any exchanges.

Personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

There are just a few friendly stipulations:

  • The product must be new, unused, and unwashed (Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you);
  • All Argent hangtags must still be attached; and
  • Original proof of payment must accompany each product.

If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return or exchange along with original proof of payment:

  • Your name and billing address;
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift

 

Some tips:

  • If you want to exchange your item for an alternate item, we suggest returning it and purchasing the new item separately
  • Please make sure that you don’t have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible
  • To avoid size and fit issues on future orders, refer to our size charts

 

Note: Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
