Can I change or cancel my order?
No problem. We’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.) Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll handle it.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Catch, Afterpay, JCB, PayPal, gift cards (you can get those in stores and online), and compliments. (Just kidding. Kind of.) We also accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We can’t split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review, because, ya know, that’s how this works.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Note that Argent x Supermajority order timing may be different.

What are my shipping options?
Free shipping on orders over $75—via USPS or UPS Ground, 5-7 business days.
Standard shipping for $5 on orders $75 or under—via USPS or UPS Ground, 5-7 business days.
Expedited ($28): 3 business days + order processing time.
Rush ($38): 2 business days + order processing time.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Does Argent ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer standard international shipping, but reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we're happy to consider it on a case-by-case basis.

How do I track my orders?

How does Argent fit? What size should I get?
We’re obsessed with fit and spend the vast majority of our time making sure that the clothes move well and flatter practically any figure. Most everything in our assortment runs true to size, but don’t fret. Our size chart on each product page can help you choose. And, of course, should you have any questions, just shoot us a note at email@example.com.

What's your return policy?
Argent x Supermajority items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. For questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For standard non-Argent x Supermajority orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We charge a $10 fee for return shipping if you request a label from us. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring into one of our Stores for no additional fee. Product must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our Returns Page to start the process.
Can I return an international order?
All international orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges.
How do I exchange a gift?
Two options: 1) we can send you an exchange item or 2) we can provide a gift card for the original amount paid. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the original item arrives to us. Head over to our Returns page to make it happen.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we've received the item(s) and processed the refund.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, well sh*t. First of all, our sincerest apologies. You can contact us at email@example.com with details and we’ll make it right.

Argent normally pays credit card companies and banks a fee every time you pay with a credit or debit card. By paying from your bank account with Catch, you save Argent money, which means we’ve got savings we can pass on to you (plus a little extra).
How do I sign up?
Select Catch at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Catch to log in or create an account.
To create an account, you’ll need to provide your phone number, name and email and link your bank account. Catch uses Plaid to link your bank in seconds—you’ve probably done this before if you have Venmo, Robinhood, or have filed your taxes online.
If you already have a Catch account, just verify your phone number and pay.
Is Catch free?
Yes! You’ll only earn money, never pay money.
How does the sign up bonus work?
If it’s your first time using Catch, you’ll get an extra $10 in store credit towards your next purchase in addition to what Argent is offering.
Are there any restrictions on my Catch credits?
Your Argent credits can only be redeemed online at Argent and must be used before they expire. To redeem, just pay with Catch again next time you’re shopping with us.
You can’t earn or redeem credits on gift card purchases. Other than that, no restrictions.
How will I redeem my credits?
Your credits will automatically be applied when you shop with us again and pay with Catch. You can also manage your credits at any time by logging into your Catch account.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Does my gift card expire?
Much like our timeless workwear, gift cards never expire.

All of our collections are designed in New York City. Our manufacturing is done is New York's Garment District, as well as Portugal, Peru, & China.
