Payment Can I change or cancel my order? No problem. We’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.) Just drop us an email at get@argentwork.com and we’ll handle it. What are my payment options? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Catch, Afterpay, JCB, PayPal, gift cards (you can get those in stores and online), and compliments. (Just kidding. Kind of.) We also accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We can’t split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review, because, ya know, that’s how this works. What currency is the site in? Prices are in US dollars. Shipping When will my order ship? Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Note that Argent x Supermajority order timing may be different. Where does your clothing ship from? New York City. What are my shipping options? Free shipping on orders over $75—via USPS or UPS Ground, 5-7 business days. Standard shipping for $5 on orders $75 or under—via USPS or UPS Ground, 5-7 business days. Expedited ($28): 3 business days + order processing time. Rush ($38): 2 business days + order processing time. Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Need it faster? Reach out to us at get@argentwork.com and we're happy to find a solution. Does Argent ship internationally? At this time we do not offer standard international shipping, but reach out to us at get@argentwork.com and we're happy to consider it on a case-by-case basis. My Account Why should I become a registered user? Um, because you love us? No, really: registering for an Argent account saves time and makes your life easier with quicker checkouts, even easier returns, and access to your full order history. Give it a spin. How do I track my orders? Sign in to your Argent account. Go to the 'Track or Edit Your Order' page Enter the tracking number (you’ll find that in your confirmation email) Fit & Sizing How does Argent fit? What size should I get? We’re obsessed with fit and spend the vast majority of our time making sure that the clothes move well and flatter practically any figure. Most everything in our assortment runs true to size, but don’t fret. Our size chart on each product page can help you choose. And, of course, should you have any questions, just shoot us a note at get@argentwork.com. Do you have anywhere I can try things on? We're currently offering styling sessions by appointment-only in NYC—please reach out via email. And as always, sign up for our newsletter for updates. Returns & Exchanges What's your return policy? Argent x Supermajority items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. For questions, please contact get@argentwork.com. For standard non-Argent x Supermajority orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We charge a $10 fee for return shipping if you request a label from us. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring into one of our Stores for no additional fee. Product must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our Returns Page to start the process. Can I return an international order? All international orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges. How do I exchange a gift? Two options: 1) we can send you an exchange item or 2) we can provide a gift card for the original amount paid. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the original item arrives to us. Head over to our Returns page to make it happen. How long does a refund or exchange take to process? It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we've received the item(s) and processed the refund. What if my items are damaged or incorrect? If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, well sh*t. First of all, our sincerest apologies. You can contact us at get@argentwork.com with details and we’ll make it right. Paying with Catch We’ve partnered with Catch to offer you 10% store credit on every purchase when you pay by bank. Why we love Catch (and think you will too) Argent normally pays credit card companies and banks a fee every time you pay with a credit or debit card. By paying from your bank account with Catch, you save Argent money, which means we’ve got savings we can pass on to you (plus a little extra). How do I sign up? Select Catch at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Catch to log in or create an account. To create an account, you’ll need to provide your phone number, name and email and link your bank account. Catch uses Plaid to link your bank in seconds—you’ve probably done this before if you have Venmo, Robinhood, or have filed your taxes online. If you already have a Catch account, just verify your phone number and pay. Is Catch free? Yes! You’ll only earn money, never pay money. How does the sign up bonus work? If it’s your first time using Catch, you’ll get an extra $10 in store credit towards your next purchase in addition to what Argent is offering. Are there any restrictions on my Catch credits? Your Argent credits can only be redeemed online at Argent and must be used before they expire. To redeem, just pay with Catch again next time you’re shopping with us. You can’t earn or redeem credits on gift card purchases. Other than that, no restrictions. How will I redeem my credits? Your credits will automatically be applied when you shop with us again and pay with Catch. You can also manage your credits at any time by logging into your Catch account. Gift Cards Do you offer gift certificates? We do. Head to our Gift Card page. Can I return a gift card? No, gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Does my gift card expire? Much like our timeless workwear, gift cards never expire. Where can I use my gift card? Gift cards can be used anywhere where Argent is sold, aka online or in person. Book a styling session at one of our locations or email get@argentwork.com and we will help you find something. What if I lose my gift card? We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards. Community Who is Argent and what are you about? Argent is a word we made up for an idea we made real. We’re a rowdy collective of rule-breakers and boundary-pushers intent on reimagining women’s workwear. Learn more on our About Us page. Other Stuff How do I keep up with what’s happening at Argent? Sign up for our email list (at the bottom of this page), or find us on Instagram. What do I do if something I like is out of stock? If a size or style is coming back, you'll see an option to join the waitlist or preorder it on the product page. If not, keep browsing! Where is your clothing made? All of our collections are designed in New York City. Our manufacturing is done is New York's Garment District, as well as Portugal, Peru, & China.
