IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Argent x Supermajority items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. 

For standard orders, we accept compliments, love letters, and unworn returns initiated within 30 days of your order date. Bring your item(s) into one of our Stores for free return or exchange. If you'd like to return via mail, a $10 fee for return shipping will apply if you request a label from us. 

Stop in, or click on the link above to initiate a return using your email address from the original order. Select a reason for your return—we want to know so we can make it better. If returning via mail, print out your return label or bring into a UPS Store location. 

All international orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

GUIDELINES

  • The product must be new, unused, and unwashed. Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
  • All Argent hangtags must still be attached.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    If we haven't shipped it out yet, we’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.). Just drop us an email at get@argentwork.com and we’ll handle it.

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. But we can help find something you love—Book a styling session or email get@argentwork.com and we will help you find something.

    TIPS TO STREAMLINE THE PROCESS

    • If you want to exchange your item for an alternate item, we suggest returning it and purchasing the new item separately.
    • Please don’t combine returns from multiple orders in one package, otherwise your refund may be delayed.
    • To avoid size and fit issues on future orders, refer to our size charts on each product page. 

    Note: Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your credit card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
