Can I change or cancel my order?
No problem. We’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.) Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll handle it.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, gift cards (you can get those in stores and online), and compliments. (Just kidding. Kind of.) We also accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We can’t split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review, because, ya know, that’s how this works.
What currency is the site in?
Prices are in US dollars.
When will my order ship?
Depending on item availability, your order will ship out no later than the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will ship Monday morning.
Where does your clothing ship from?
Most of our items ship from the San Francisco Bay Area. Some inventory items also ship from our offices in NYC.
What are my shipping options?
Free shipping—via USPS or UPS Ground, 3-5 business days.
$28—via UPS Expedited shipping, 2-3 business days.
$38—via UPS Next Day Air, 1 business day.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Does Argent ship internationally?

How do I track my orders?

- Enter the tracking number (you’ll find that in your confirmation email)
FIT & SIZING
How does Argent fit? What size should I get?
We’re obsessed with fit and spend the vast majority of our time making sure that the clothes move well and flatter practically any figure. We’re also obsessed with banishing vanity sizing, because we all have better things to do than worry about what number we’re supposed to be. We may run a little small compared to other brands you’re used to wearing, but don’t fret. Our size chart can help you choose. And, of course, should you have any questions, just shoot us a note at email@example.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is on us. Product must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our Returns page to start the process.
How do I exchange a gift?
Two options: 1) we can send you an exchange item or 2) we can provide a gift card for the original amount paid. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the original item arrives to us. Head over to our Returns page to make it happen.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we've received the item(s) and processed the refund.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, well sh*t. First of all, our sincerest apologies. You can contact us at email@example.com with details and we’ll make it right.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Does my gift card expire?
Much like our timeless workwear, gift cards never expire.

Argent is a word we made up for an idea we made real. We’re a rowdy collective of rule-breakers and boundary-pushers intent on reimagining women’s workwear. Learn more About us.
How do I keep up with what’s happening at Argent?
What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
If a size or style is coming back in the next few weeks, we will make it available for pre-order. These orders will process normally, but with a delayed ship date. We’ll make sure to keep you up to speed on the status of the item.

Where is your clothing made?
All of our collections are designed in our studio in New York’s Garment District. The majority of our manufacturing is done in NYC as well. Tees come from Peru and LA. So, made mostly in America.
