Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. We’re happy to help with your order (cancellations, modifications, etc.) Just drop us an email here and we’ll handle it.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, gift cards (you can get those in stores and online), and compliments. We also accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We can’t split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review, because, ya know, that’s how this works.


What currency is the site in?

Prices are in US currency.




When will my order ship?

Depending on item availability, your order will ship out no later than the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will ship Monday morning.


Where does your clothing ship from?

Most of our items ship from the Bay Area. Lower inventory items ship from our offices in NYC.


What are my shipping options?

Free shipping—via UPS Ground, 3-5 business days.

$15—via UPS Expedited shipping, 2-3 business days.

$30—via UPS Next Day Air, 1 business day.


Does Argent ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer international shipping.




Why should I become a registered user?

Registering on the site is a great way to save time and make your life easier. Think: quicker checkout, easy returns, and access to your full order history. Give it a spin.


How do I track my orders?

  1. sign in to your Argent account
  2. go to the 'track or edit your order' page
  3. enter the tracking number (you’ll find that in your confirmation email)




How does Argent fit? What size should I get?

We spent a lot of time designing clothes that fit and move well.  Our size chart can help you choose. And, of course, should you have any questions, you can shoot us a note at get@argent.com

What's your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase or delivery. And just because, the return shipment is on us. Product must be unworn and unwashed, hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our returns page to start a return.


How do I exchange a gift?

Two options: 1) we can send you an exchange item or  2) we can offer you store credit for the original amount paid. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the original item arrives to us. Head over to our Returns page to make it happen.


How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we receive the item(s) and when we’ve processed your refund.


What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, well shit. First of all our sincerest apologies. You can contact us at get@argent.com with details and we’ll get it handled.




Who is Argent and what are you about?

Argent is a word we made up for an idea we made real. We’re a rowdy collective of people who want to make great clothes that equip women to take their seat at the table.  If you’re hungry for more, check out our about page.

What do I do if something I like is out of stock?

If a size or style is coming back in the next few weeks, we will make it available for pre-order. These orders will process normally, but with a delayed ship date. We’ll make sure to keep you up to speed on the status of the item.


Do you offer gift certificates?

We do. You can buy them on our Gift Card page.

Where is your clothing made?

All of our clothing is designed in our studio in NYC. The majority of our manufacturing is done in NYC as well. Tees come from Peru. So, made mostly in America.
